Ebbline is a fictional demo. Product screens are our own code with sample data.
How this was built
- One model, in whole euros, behind every number: the forecast line, the low point, the payroll alert, the VAT bill and the slider's verdict. No amount is typed into the copy.
- Charts are server-rendered SVG: no chart library and no screenshots. Product windows are real HTML you can select and tab through.
- Next.js and React, with small script islands only for the hero's word swap, the feature walk and the scenario slider. Motion is CSS and the Web Animations API, mostly transform and opacity, with a still version for reduced motion.
- Fonts are self-hosted subsets. The page makes no third-party requests, sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Measured numbers
A production build of this site, served from a laptop, measured with Lighthouse 13.5 (its mobile profile on simulated slow 4G, and its desktop profile), axe-core 4 and a frame recorder on the real GPU. Re-measure before quoting these elsewhere.
- Phone, home pageLighthouse performance, accessibility, best practices (median of 3 runs)
- 90, 100, 100
- Phone, home page: loadLargest paint, total blocking time, layout shift (median of 3). The 2.5 s and 200 ms targets are missed on this simulated slow phone.
- 3.0 s, 230 ms, 0
- Phone, walkthrough formLighthouse performance and largest paint (median of 3)
- 98, 2.0 s
- Laptop profile, home and formLighthouse performance and accessibility on both pages (3 runs, all the same)
- 100, 100
- axe-coreWCAG 2.2 AA rules on the four public pages, at 390 and 1440 px wide
- 0 violations
- Frame time, scrolling the home page95th percentile of 653 frames at 1440 by 900 and 619 at 390 by 844, a slow scripted scroll, headless on the real GPU; the longest frame was 33 ms
- 16.8 ms
- JavaScript on the home pageTen files, gzipped, the Next.js runtime included
- 184 KB
Measured on 13 October 2026, on the build of this branch. Not yet re-measured on the deployed site.
